To Whom It May Concern:

We at the Atlanta Community Food Bank have had the distinct pleasure of working with Deborah Schwartz Griffin for many years; first in her role with the Georgia Restaurant Association, and more recently as her company, DSG & Associates, represented Creative Approach print group.

When the innovative newcomers launched their shop in Midtown Atlanta this summer, Deborah played an integral role in the grand opening festivities. Giving back to the community was a high priority. Under her guidance, not one – but five – local nonprofits each received a $1,000 donation. The Atlanta Community Food Bank was delighted to be among the organizations that benefited. .

Deborah possesses a rare quality in the business world today in that her level of customer service far exceeds the norm. Beyond getting the job done ahead of schedule and providing an excellent product, she genuinely wants to add enrichment to the organizations, companies – and people – she serves. She is a natural at bringing together those who share common interests and uses her connecting skills for the betterment of the greater Atlanta community.

We can’t wait to see what’s in store for Deborah and those of us who are fortunate to work alongside her.

Please feel free to contact either one of us with any questions.

Sincerely,

julie

Dear Deborah,

Thank you for your past support of the Corporate Volunteer Council of Atlanta (CVC) and our 18th Annual IMPACT Awards. As you know, the CVC of Atlanta is a nonprofit that supports its corporate members in their strategic commitment to employee volunteerism and civic engagement. Since 1992, the CVC has been inspiring Metro Atlanta companies to embrace volunteerism as a business strategy.

It was a pleasure working with you during your time with Creative Approach. The relationship you helped us build with the Creative Approach team was invaluable, and the materials they produced for us were of the highest quality. Our members and guests loved the “vintage airline” theme of our digital save-the-date, boarding pass invitation, and in-flight safety manual event program. Our professional event signage put the finishing polish on what was a very successful event.

We cannot thank you enough for helping us negotiate a special nonprofit rate with Creative Approach. Your professional assistance helped ensure that we could meet our event goals while putting our best face forward. You also helped me establish a relationship with the Creative Approach team that will continue long after the IMPACT Awards.

Deborah, your high level of professionalism and customer service is unlike any I have ever experienced. Your willingness to help us connect with other professionals who may be potential vendors and/or members is deeply appreciated. Every introduction you have made on our behalf has been handled with sincerity and sharp business acumen. You have not only helped us make important new business connections, but you have become a friend in the process.

Many thanks for your ongoing support and for keeping the CVC of Atlanta in mind as you work in the Metro Atlanta community. You are indeed a “Creative Connector,” and it is my sincere privilege to call you a partner.

Best regards,

To Whom It May Concern:

I am writing this letter of recommendation for Deborah Schwartz Griffin. I had the
pleasure of working with Deborah in her role at Atlanta Fixture & Sales Company and
before that while she was with the Georgia Restaurant Association. Deborah was most
instrumental at Atlanta Fixture & Sales Company helping to secure meetings with her
and other executives of the company with the objective to create an important partnership
between Captain Planet Foundation and Atlanta Fixtures to support mobile classroom
kitchens and student cooking demonstrations as an important part of Captain Planet’s
leaning garden pilot program in Cobb County schools. We could not have accomplished
this without her and I am very grateful to her.

Deborah has always exhibited herself as a professional looking for ways to help her
employer discover new business opportunities by improving the company brand and
connecting her company and team with community and philanthropic opportunities.

She is a hard worker and great merging people building and maintaining important
relationships as well. She looks for creative ways to save time and money. Any
company would be lucky to have Deborah join their team.

I personally became acquainted with Deborah while she was with the Georgia Restaurant
Association as Vice President of Membership & Sponsorships. Working with Deborah
she always showed impeccable professionalism.

I will miss connecting with her at Atlanta Fixture and wish Deborah the best in her new
endeavors. If I can answer any questions or be of further assistance please do not hesitate
to call me (404-729-2400) at any time.
